Concerns and complaints

Should you have any concerns about your child, it is possible to arrange an appointment to see your child's class teacher. Please be aware that at the start or end of the school day when you are dropping off or picking up your child are not always the best times for the teacher to give you their undivided attention.

If parents/carers have any concerns about their child that can not be dealt with by the class teacher then these should be brought to the attention of a senior member of staff: Miss Bushell, Mr Glanvill, Ms O'Connell, Mrs Shutt or the Headteacher, Mrs Sawyer. It is important that any issues are brought to the school's attention so that they can be dealt with quickly and effectively.

Should the senior staff or Headteacher be unable to resolve the concerns to parents' satisfaction, a paper copy of the complaints procedure is available from the school.
